Andy is the founding partner of APG Partners, a private equity and advisory firm. He is also a founding partner of Acorn Dental Capital, an investment and advisory firm focused on emerging group dental practices. Andy has been a private equity investor for over 30 years.

Andy has served as Chairman, Board member or strategic advisor to Aspen Dental Management, Dental Partners, Pure Dental Brands, Access Health Dental, and TenBrook Orthodontics.

Andy received his B.A. from Dartmouth College and M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School.
