Unless otherwise specifically indicated, you may download any downloadable material displayed on the Sites for personal, non-commercial use only. Any product, service, program, or technology described on the Site may be the subject of other intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyright, trademark, or patent rights) owned by and/or licensed exclusively to GI Scientific. Images of people or places displayed on the Sites are either the property of, or used with permission by, GI Scientific. Any product, service, program or technology described in any document published by GI Scientific on the Sites may be the subject of other intellectual property rights owned by GI Scientific. Any such right that is not expressly licensed hereunder is reserved by GI Scientific.

The trademarks and copyrights not attributed to GI Scientific are the property of their respective owners.

You may browse many sections of this website without providing any personal information. However, if you choose to register for one of our services (such as online training in the use of our product) or ask us a question or make an inquiry through our Contact Us or our Learn More links or through other means on our website, we must necessarily collect certain information from you. The information we collect will be related to the product or service requested, such as your name and contact details, the nature of the product or service requested, and related information so that we may fulfill your request and respond to you. Currently, GI Scientific does not process orders for our products through our website. However, you can use our website to express interest in our products, and one of our sales team members will get in touch with you using the contact details that you have provided to us.

Occasionally, GI Scientific may invite you to participate in a survey or poll such as providing feedback on our website site content, services, or products.
